Such A Deal

Sorry I missed yesterdays post, I was busy being IT MOM.  You know the gal
who has to fix everything on a computer and make dinner!
To make a long story short, I got a new computer over the 4th of July
weekend, Fry's was having a huge sale and I got a FANTASTIC deal on a
 super duper machine! Since the holiday  I had been working with two
large monitors on my desk, so I thought it was time to make the switch.
You know how that goes, always have a ton of stuff you need
to move to the new machine and a lot of software you have to install.
  It always takes you MUCH longer to do than you plan for.

Success! I now have a fully functional computer again and as we speak I am
making the back up discs for it.  I only had a few minor problem, like
the version of PhotoShop Elements I was running will not work on
Windows 7 and now I have to purchase a new one. The other problem
was email, who knew this operating system didn't come with
the kind of email I was using?  Still getting used to it, but it is
working and IT MOM's job is finished.
{sarcasm is not my only super power}

Which brings us to another project I have been working on,
a new web site. {stop groaning}

 This one is for all the wedding stuff I have been doing.
It seems like everyone I know has a kid who is getting married and
they all want a Pinterest and Etsy made wedding.  So that is where
I come in.  I have been making wedding invitations and other wedding
related things for these weddings and people are always asking me to
do things so I thought I needed a site where these customers could see
what I have made for other weddings.  The site is still under construction
but the majority of it is finished, come on over and tell me what you think!

Needless to say I have gotten a little behind in online work and way
behind in crafting.  It has been raining here almost everyday in the
afternoons and this keeps the humidity very sticky, no spray painting
until it stops raining, the darn things just don't get dry.  I have a few of
the large pieces ready to paint and a stack of signs and doors ready to go.

This stack of crap will transform into something NEW and wonderful!
Better go, Gannon is headed to my house today, his new
cousin, Myah, was born yesterday and his parents want to
see the beautiful little girl!
Thanks for stopping by.
